2D to 3D

In the post-production, for 2D film a mask for the picture depth is composed, this enables a new form of focal depth when presented on a 3D-display.

2D-3D compositing

2D films serve as the background. The foreground presents 3D animated objects with multiple viewing. This technique can of course also be combined with the 2D to 3D-method.
